This is accomplished through planning, organizing, marketing, directing the growth of our driver pool, and assisting in retention strategies.
Train the recruiting team to follow qualifying requirements for driver hiring guidelines.
Manage driver application process to ensure compliant and complete driver applications.
Measure and constantly improve the hiring metrics of each Driver Recruiter.
Work closely with leadership to provide the necessary resources to achieve defined hiring goals.
Work closely with recruiters and other departments to ensure drivers are moved efficiently through the hiring process.
Establish relevant recruiting goals through daily and weekly reporting and ensure the recruiting team meets hiring targets.
