As a Driver Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and leading a team of Driver Recruiters to meet the company’s driver hiring requirements. You will train and support the recruiting team in following established driver qualification and hiring guidelines while managing the driver application process to ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant. You will monitor and continuously improve the performance and hiring metrics of each Driver Recruiter, establish daily and weekly recruiting goals, and ensure the team consistently meets defined hiring targets. You will work closely with company leadership to identify and provide the resources needed to achieve hiring and fleet expansion goals, while coordinating with recruiters and other departments to ensure drivers move efficiently through the hiring process. The role also includes establishing recruiting metrics aligned with fleet growth objectives, creating and managing budgets for driver recruiting and marketing programs, and contributing to the development of recruiter bonus and incentive programs. You will lead marketing initiatives and campaigns designed to attract qualified driver candidates, expand social media recruiting efforts, track marketing performance, and prepare reports for company management. Throughout the recruiting process, you will apply knowledge of DOT and FMCSA requirements for commercial truck drivers to help ensure that recruitment and hiring practices remain compliant and effective.
